Who's That Boy?

...it's Deven! And today, for the first time, he knows that that Deven is him!

Yep, that's right: Deven now recognizes and responds to his own name. It's pretty cool (and sort of relieving, as we'd been calling him by every nickname except his own for some time...I had harbored a secret fear for some time now, that we'd have a son who honestly believed his name was "Muffin" ...or worse, "Mr. Poopypants.")

Photo is a recent G-rated bath scene, showing that he now no longer needs the 'infant sling' insert in his little tub - rather he enjoys sitting as upright as he can, splashing as much water outside the tub with his little legs as possible.
