First Haircut

...or, to be precise, here are photos of his first professional haircut.


There's a cute little shop nearby that specializes in children's haircuts; and since we can't get him to sit still unless he's asleep, I figured it was time to pay someone else to get him to sit still.

He did great - didn't like the clippers,

or the scissors,

but was nervous enough that he just sat still for most of the time,

watching the Elmo video play (he doesn't know Elmo yet),

but he handled the whole thing well,

and even gave the hairdresser a tip at the end.
